Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is Vetafarm Australia Pty Limited (ABN 41 631 436 265), of 3 Bye Street, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650.
  2. The competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over only.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Multiple entries are not permitted.
  6. The competition opens at 12 pm AEST on 15 September 2026. The closing date for entry is 12 pm AEST on 6 October 2026. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions throughout the competition period. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
  9. There is one (1) prize as listed above. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
  10. The winner will be drawn at 2 pm AEST on 6 October 2026 by staff at Vetafarm.
  11. The winner will be notified via email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
  12. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.
  13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  15. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Vetafarm’s Privacy Policy found at vetafarm.com.au/privacy-policy.
  16. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is void, unenforceable or illegal in a jurisdiction, it is severed for that jurisdiction. The remainder of these Terms and Conditions have full force and effect.
  17. To the extent permitted by law, the laws of New South Wales apply to this promotion. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
