A few words from Candice Drew, owner of Stripey and Zorro:
18.5 year-old siblings, Stripey and Zorro, absolutely love these treats! From day one, they were interested in the smell coming from the newly-opened packages and they slurped the treats down happily. I personally look forward to giving the treats each day because they enjoy them so much.
I offered the treats whole, but I like that they’re scored so can be fed in halves, if desired.
Both cats have had dental disease in the past and a visit to the vet four weeks since giving them the treats showed that their breath smells good (ie: not like a manky cat mouth).
With regards to B-calm, I’m always a cynic with confirmation bias and placebo effect on pet owners, but I have to admit I noticed a positive change in both cats. Normally they start a car trip to the v-e-t with some miaowing for the first few minutes, but in their latest vet visit after four weeks of giving them the treats, there was no audible verbal protest from the back seat!
Additionally, while the mobility and exercise levels of both cats has improved with their monthly arthritis treatments; they’ve been on these for over 6 months and in the past month there has definitely been more playing, more interaction with me from Stripey and increased chattiness from Zorro. (Normally Stripey alone is the chatty one!) They do seem like happier cats, even though they were far from being stressed/ unhappy to begin with.
I would give these treats 9.5/10 and Stripey & Zorro would rate them 11/10! I’ll definitely continue giving these treats and will recommend them to my cat clients and friends. I always feel better about the “little extras” when I know they’re healthy as well as tasty 😻😻
